6. I was talking about the GOP. Surely they conspire. And plan. And have purpose.

So do democrats. It is called politics. I was not being a Pollyanna. I noticed a change in how police treated protesters when neocons came into power. Walls were created when those lines used to be permeable on both the protesters and the demonstrators sides. Thankfully the demonstrations in the US have been policed by allowing peoples first amendment rights instead of putting up an aggressive wall from the get go. That just provokes protesters. And it worked in Ferguson. And in NYCity for the most part. Where Police role is not authoritarian but enabling of the peoples right to demonstrate. And I really believe this. Cause I have lived it. And I was thinking maybe guns everywhere is just another way for the right to create walls between people and police. And I noticed this week how the GOP noise machine was so desperate to undo the dialogue that was taking place on bias...and put the walls up again as soon as two police were assassinated by that MONSTER. I think there is a much greater connection between the police and the GOP. And that is not me being optimistic in the face of bad stuff, it is me being skeptical that the relationship between the police and the people they police is left unmolested by those who truly hold power or covet more power. And that it has been that way for a long time. And should not guns be part of the equation when we talk about police being scared and people being angry.
