9. I think what you are trying to say is: its hard to believe that there others who do not argue .....

with intellectual honesty. I am shocked or rather was shocked by the efforts used by others to to make their reactive hate sound polite and reasonable and thought out.

It sounds like we've both had our eyes opened for us by the reality that DU is an island and we are under siege.
