(13,539 posts)out to play that Congressional golf course. That was true as far as I know. I would have been knocking some heads together if I were Clnton on that one but it kind of shows what the people you'd have working for you might be like. Of course the wedding moves for the golf round, he's the freakin' President! It would have been better if they had played it the other way. It also wouldn't have hurt the people that booked the wedding to stand their ground with whatever staffers they dealt with. It could be they were falling all over themselves assuring Obamas' people it wouldn't be a problem.
If my first wedding had been moved for the President, I'd still be telling the story. It would even be better if it was a President I hated. Getting to tell the story would be worth him doing that for sure!
