I'm deaf at who has remained silent.

I'd think they would want to be all over this to explain to us why it's NOT wrong and well - fiddle dee -

This is why I went ballistic this weekend on a thread.

I do not doubt that other people have had hard times in other places. I don't doubt it.

But comparing what happened 100 / 200 years ago in some far away place to what is going on for black people in America today is fucking insulting. So I take back any apologies I gave this weekend. I hope my dismissal of people who have been dead for a hundred fucking years HURTS. That was then, this is now. They can suck it. So can the people who want me to feel bad for them.

Let's put it this way . . . that second post? I think I Know PRECISELY who you are.

Only ONE person is that detached, cold , and totally lacking in sympathy/empathy for other human beings that I've seen in my 7 years at DU.

But if I say it in writing - I get a hide.


The thing is - the people that wrote those posts have no honor - no integrity. That's who and what they are. So until someone steps forward and owns up to the one where I'm named -

I have a short list of three people with a top suspect whose writing style DIRECTLY matches that one -

And I'm gonna have to give them the stink eye.

No worries - I'll be polite. I'll even stand on the line of TOS - but that's all I'm gonna do.
