This is definitely a troll post. With a few unfortunately ugly trolls aside(and yes, they have existed) There is no "open season" on black folks on DU, 1SBM; you are either lying or totally self-deluded.

So, someone who has posted here for years gets slapped with the troll label. but in the same breath, the poster says that only a "FEW unfortunately ugly trolls aside" as if to minimize the idea of racist trolls, while making damned sure 1strong is labeled as one.

It's especially unfortunate that you're abusing this for your own selfish agenda, because there are a few people out there who actually *have* been hurt by actual trolls. But shitting on DU as a whole serves no other purpose than to fan flame wars, and frankly, enough is fuckin' enough.

Let's be honest here, if someone goes to the Hillary Clinton group and makes an anti-hillary post, that person is told to knock it off, or else. Hell, no one puts meat recipe in the vegan group, and heaven help you if you make an anti-gun post over in the place called "the gungeon." But apparently, all these posts could be posted to the AA group, and it is a "selfish agenda."

Hey alerter, you do not like the term priviledge, than let's use a more honest term. In this country, Blacks are expected to take abuse that no one else is expected to take, and to accept blame for it. Yes, it still happens, and yes, while it happens to everyone else (like my fellow hispanics) Blacks are always expected to accept being the default setting for "wrong" be they teenagers getting shot by cops or civil servants that get crucified while the Good old Boys skate and smile. If you are a Democrat, part of your JOB is to put a stop to that, not merely because it is worng, but because it takes away energy and unity we will need if we do not want other parts of the world to bark orders to us. If you do nto feel it is your job, then please, go join some other party, because even if you vote Democrat, your Republican thinking rots us from within.
