10. Nice post and thank you.

I struggle getting on & staying on the path. I found this quote from the new show "Elementary" about Sherlock Holmes, to be very succinct & accurate for me.

“The road to recovery, I’ve found, is as treacherous as it is tedious.”

The tediousness is the surprising part. I also try to keep this one in mind when I'm struggling:

"I didn't say it would be easy. I said it would be worth it."
