They're stealing intellectual property. That site is a cloud-based storage site, where people sometimes upload illegal copies of movies and other copyright-protected material.
If you're using a cable or other broadband service, they will have a record of your having watched or downloaded that movie. How much are you willing to risk to save $10? Go see the movie in a theater. It's nominated for at least one Oscar, and is currently playing in US theaters. Why risk legal problems by viewing it illegally?
Please don't link to illegal file-sharing websites.

Not exactly. "Effect" can also be a transitive verb, as in "to effect a change". Likewise "affect"
