We can still be fired for being LGBT in many States. That's the only reason they need. I haven't been to a Crackle Barrell since the 1990s because of their firing of anyone they even suspected was gay back then. And they fought it court as far as the Supreme Court (might have been the federal district court but I think it was SCOTUS) and won.
