I am certain that the party with that wants to stomp on a human face forever does not intend to improve the circumstances of their lessors.

So, was Jeb Bush referring to revolution in that last line of the paragraph above? That could be taken as giving us a chance to rise up in revolt and I can't argue with that. Maybe not so much of a chance as an inspiration.
