Torres has had 'temper' issues in the past. The Post article talks about him having a meltdown in a courtroom and storming out prior to this shooting incident.

Plus, he says he says "I don’t feel sorry for shooting the guy at all." Come on, even if you thought you were in the right in doing it, wouldn't a sane person feel bad about it?
