If Netanyahu goes through with this he will come off as a meddling bully forcefully intruding into the affairs of another state, just as he did recently when he injected himself into the Charlie Hebdo parade in Paris even though President Holland had pointedly asked him not to attend.

I'm almost hoping he goes through with this so more people will see him as the bully he is but it's pretty apparent that blaming Boner is a face-saving move that sets the stage for cancelling the speech.
