Affecting the country. On the ISIS problem I am thinking total annihilation just may be the answer. I don't know if rehabilitation would work for them but it is going to have to be a world wide effort and not leaving this to the US. I hate to not create any mercy think annihilation is the answer but these folks does not have a country in which sanctions would be effective and the capture of women and children for the troop's pleasure does not provide a humanitarian reason to allow them to continue.
