And speaking as someone who has been here a very long time, as an independent who caucuses with the democrats all the way back to his days in the House, Bernie has been appreciated and supported by Dems and by DU for many years... because he really does stand with and for us, and always has. WE at DU pledge to support the Democratic candidate in the general election or suspend our participation at DU. WE are a diverse group comprising progressive, liberal, moderate, socialist leaning, and even sometimes conservative democrats. YOUR oft-repeated assertions that any Bernie (and Liz Warren for that matter) supporters are not "real" democrats and your derogatory phrases regarding the same, is borne from your dislike of any potential legitimate competition for the nomination of your preferred candidate, a support that borders on idolatry. You're free to categorize any of us in to whatever slots you choose, but that doesn't mean your viewpoint is correct or accurate, or representative of all democrats, or all DU'ers. And judging from the popularity here at DU of OP's, comments, and polls that are pro Bernie and/or Liz W, your view does not express a majority of our members anyway. I find you tiresome, disagreeable, and very often uncivil to anyone whose opinion you do not share and the more you try to advocate for HRC, the less inclined I am to consider HRC as a potential candidate. On the positive side, at least you've finally quit writing every freakin' word in caps...it got old having to read you shout all the time.
