With Republican majorities in Congress now it doesn't take a majority of Democrats voting with Republicans to give them veto proof majorities. And of course the issue is rarely framed by Democratic Israel Hawks as being pro Likud, or Pro Labor; it is always framed as being pro Israel, above partisan politics in either country. The question remains, who among them still strongly supports a two state solution as American policy, and what is their reaction to Netanyahu's position?
