174. Unfortunately the last few years have proven that there are a great many above the law

They appear to be absolutely correct in their belief that they are above the laws they create, no Bankers go to jail , no war criminals go to jail, not even professionals whose job it is to torture people go to jail, yet they have all broken laws, multiple laws in fact and on multiple occasions.

The law appears to only apply to "the little people". Why on earth should they fear laws proven to not apply to the politically and/or financially connected? They have no laws to fear and they damn well know it. Such is the inevitable price a nation pays for consistently failing to apply the rule of law, from Contra until present, the standard of a class above the law has firmly been set, and confirmed multiple times by President Obama's justice department.
