27. Gallup is polling cell phones.

I learned that right here on DU. So, I checked Gallup's site and there it is...they poll cell phones. They haven't called me, yet. I'm one of those Liberal Democrats that approves of our President, along with my husband, so we'd just tic that percentage up a billionth or sumthin'.

I don't know the technicalities of Gallup's cell phone polling. It could be if you are on the "Do Not Call" list they wouldn't have access to your number.
