27. I ask again, WHERE ARE THE 'GOOD COPS'??

The one's that are spoken of so highly around here?
The ones that are supposedly the 'majority' of cops?

Until the 'good cops' stand up to this murderous behavior we will
NEVER have real justice in the United States.

I wonder how the rest of White Plains feels about the message sent by this
announcement?
