39. That is nuts! I've heard of sovereign citizens, but didn't know

I wondered what was up when the 'traveler' in the video kept asking for the cops first name. No cop ever gives a first name! And I thought it was to keep nutjobs from hunting the cops and their families down when the cop is off duty. Now I know the real reason!

How convenient . . . I shall write "Accepted for Value" across all of my bills from now on, in red ink and at a 45 degree angle, of course, make no restitution, and suffer no consequences. Astounding!
