First, Hillary Clinton could beat Jeb Bush. Likewise, Jeb could beat her. Both outcomes are possible.

Second, if Jeb were to win, it would be for two reasons: [1] most importantly, the republican machine; and [2] the failure of a Clinton campaign to convince enough voters that it is in their best interests to vote for Hillary Clinton.
