Why not find a progressive woman that doesn't favor destroying the labor market with more H1B visas that corporations don't need? Why not find a progressive woman who truly cares about labor and the middle class. But we have to put all this aside and vote based on genitalia?
If you want to play that kind of game and vote for people based on skin color and what they have between their legs? It's your vote to do what you want. That's your business. But what a candidate believes in and supports is a bit more important to me. That's what matters to me, personally. I want to vote for people who are going to move this country forward in the right direction and favor progressive ideals and policies. And I don't give a damn what their skin color or gender is. That's not my concern when I listen to candidates talk. Maybe that's just because I'm a "privileged white male." But I vote based on what's important for the country, for everybody.
I'm not going to put aside my beliefs in everything just so we can say "we finally have a female president." Why? Because I know it will happen eventually anyway. It's inevitable that a woman will be president. It's not like Hillary will be the only female candidate ever again.
