Senate preparing to pass Joe Lieberman's cyber-security bill [View all]

The House recently passed CISPA.

CISPA lets our passwords, emails, and medical records be given to private companies in the name of cyber-security.

CISPA has no requirement for us to be told that our passwords, emails, and medical records were given out.

Any cyber-security bill the Senate passes will be merged with CISPA.

The Senate is preparing to pass Joe Lieberman's cyber-security bill. That bill is awful itself, would be merged with CISPA to make it even worse.

Please tell your Senators: Don't pass a cyber-security bill this year. We don't need one.

Under current law, companies share cyber-security information.

Under current law, the FBI arrests hackers.

Form to contact Senators against advancing CISPA.
