4. What if Obama feels like Warren is not supporting him?

If Warren is not feeling supported by Obama and thing by running she will get respect, I don't think it works that way. Warren probably listens to others taking the heat who are running and think it isn't worth the hassle.

If Warren wants to run then by all means do so.
