REALLY refreshing to see and to read. He nailed it, too, of course. I hope to hear more of this from more of the higher places. We need people at the top of their game and their industry speaking out like this. John Angelos really gets it. This is EXACTLY what has happened. The past four decades have cursed this nation. It started in earnest with reagan. Actually, during the late '70s, here in California I'm ashamed to admit, with that damned, dreaded, utterly ill-conceived Prop13. Fucked with property taxes, and thereby kicked the supports out from under public schools, infrastructure, and multiple other things. ronald reagan rode into power on the monster wave generated by that damned Prop13. Thirteen was a VERY unlucky number for the rest of us. Sure was pretty lucky for him, though.
