19. sometimes teens will post pictures saying how horrible they look

Because of some new hairstyle or outfit or whatever. But you see the pics and they are all nice and you know they were just trying to get attention and compliments.

I guess some never grow out of this need for attention. But as you say to see it in grown middle aged types is just sad .
