13. hispanics don't have to demonstrate, they just have to vote in california

Hispanics have an easier way to stop this stuff then african-americans, just go vote the city politicians out and put in latinos who will get rid of these trigger happy cops. california is nearly half latino already which scares the republican party because there is nothing they can do about it.
