the a$$hole who hid a gun on their person and then started shooting?

Don't THEY have any fault?

It's so much fun to play "if the police had done this, or if the police had done that" except the entire incident hinges on a woman who a) hid a gun and b) started shooting.

I am not all that upset about her death if that's what happened. She would still be alive if not for HER actions and choices.
