If his policies, such as the TPP, are opposed to President Obama's stand, that doesn't mean he is running against the President.

I think he will continue to say that the ACA is a good bill but did not go far enough.

I support many of President Obama's policies. I oppose some of his policies. I prefer to look at politics through the lens of policy rather than root for a specific candidate.
