that US doesn't have skilled manufacturing related individuals looking for jobs. It's just that they don't feel their skills should be minimized to half or less of reasonable pay and bennies.

500,000 jobs in manufacturing but never mention the idea that the pay for those jobs are not what they were even 8 years ago. It's not good news when productivity expectations are so much higher than compensation commitments.
