(62,536 posts)Assuming people take the interest to scroll down to the footer, click a footer link, and load the page. The dynamic email pages and donation pages are a lot harder to serve than static about pages and issues pages.
I think we're over analyzing this. I call it an innocent oversight. Everyone else calls it everything from intentional due to old pages, to preventing DOS. C'mon, Occams razor please? The "old pages" argument is actually the most logical, it's just unfortunate they use the same CSS and styling and footer on most of those pages. Just throw the footer on the main page. It's really not that big of a deal, because 90% of people aren't going to click footer links.
It's not that big of a deal especially because of the coming soon thing, the real site launches the 26th when the campaign truly kicks off.
