what gun legislation that has been introduced would have reduced the number of guns in this country? Please bear in mind SCOTUS decisions that declare the right to bear arms as an individual right.

What constitutional federal gun control legislation would have made James Holmes purchase of guns used in the theater shooting, illegal?

Effective gun control is impossible without changing the constitution and that's impossible. Yes, I'm for extending background checks and registration, but those aren't politically likely either.

Recognizing that federal gun control is a political impossibility as well as a losing issue for dems in many states and in all national elections does not mean as you so mendaciously claim, that one doesn't care about children (or others) being shot and killed.


Your post is nonsense. Telling people that they don't value the lives of "our loved ones" is not only manipulative, it's absurd.
