Explain the issue without referring to Friedmanesque hyperbole or allusions. If you truly are concerned about this issue then explain it; what precisely is the problem that requires us to frame the issue of trade in terms of these questionable compacts?
It is a false question to pose in this context that opposition to plans that benefit primarily the wealthy at the expense of the labor and livelihood of American workers, and the health and welfare of the poor people working in factories of Zhenzhou and other places without protection of any kind, would indicate a "lack of a plan."
Please treat reasonably with this as I have little time for games.
