We need a progressive slate in our Democratic Party right now -- headed by (informally) Bernie Sanders.
We need to run progressive candidates in every district in the US. That's the only way to get our message out. Let's see who else stands up to the plate.
How about some economists?
How about some small business owners who are progressive?
How about scientists, lawyers, doctors who are progressive?
How about union members and leaders?
Why don't we have more teachers and pastors (liberal ones) running?
You do need to be able to speak and make sense. And you need a moral heartbeat that knows right from wrong, cheaters and liars from the honest and hard-working. There are many of us. Let's see who will run?
