36. I'd imagine the two officers are getting their full salaries while off work.

No motivation to talk monitarily or legally. And what's there to say or for anyone to hear when the significant facts are all on video? Little doubt the police are stalling counting on civilian passions cooling. Boy are they spittin' in the wind!
