I sometimes edit Wikipedia. Information that I add there -- often what's inadequately covered by the corporate media -- will reach people who aren't committed ideologically. As an extreme example, after McCain picked Palin as his running mate, her Wikipedia bio got five million hits in two days.

It's not clear to me that a lot of people come to Discussionist with genuinely open minds. I'll admit, though, that I don't know how people find Discussionist at all, other than via DU, yet obviously quite a few do.

I hope you're right that you're reaching some people. Good luck over there!
