Hillary Clinton to speak at Latino conference in Las Vegas [View all]
Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton will speak to a group of Latino elected and appointed officials during her June visit to Las Vegas.
The former secretary of state will speak at the 32nd annual conference of the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials, according to a Clinton campaign aide. The conference will take place at the Aria resort from June 17-19. Clinton will be in Nevada on June 18.
Other conference speakers include Congresswoman Dina Titus, D-Nevada, Nevada Sen. Mo Denis, D-Las Vegas, Nevada Sen. Ruben Kihuen, D-Las Vegas, and Assemblywoman Irene Bustamante Adams, D-Las Vegas, according to the conferences list of speakers on its website.
Earlier this week, Clintons campaign said her visit to the Silver State is part of the official launch of her presidential run. Its part of a swing through all four early primary and caucus states.
