6. Yeah, I was surprised that he now rejects civil unions, too. He was more liberal as Governor.

And it was just dumb of him to take a position more conservative than he needed to -- all he had to do was be more conservative than Obama. Somebody must have given him some bad advice, since he clearly doesn't speak out of personal conviction.
