(23,199 posts)...and not just in the life of this one cat, but obviously starting there. It is clear how many lives have been touched now by what has happened to this poor loving but abandoned cat. We all live our lives silently horrified by all the cruelty that we would rather not see all around us, but sometimes it breaks through anyway. That's good in a way because otherwise all would be lost, but it still is incredibly painful to face the reality of t. And here it is now, in the form of this sweet loving innocent animal who is literally lost but maybe can still be found.
If you can help save him, or even if you just do your very best whether or not you ultimately can you will be affirming hope that love can emerge out of darkness for everyone who has been touched by the grief this cat is suffering. And from that point forward your act and the love you share will be the culmination of his story, not his sad abandonment.
I live west of Kingston NY and I have had this cat on my mid for a full day now. We already took n a rescue kitty even though we really can't afford paying vet bills for him, but now we somehow will even if our car has to wait for repairs if it comes to it. I wanted to step forward for this cat but I know I simply am not in a position to.
If you can do that your act will lift thousands of hearts starting with that precious little creature, but not ending there.
