Here's another link to show how these guest workers who aren't the white collar tech jobs that are usually associated with H-1B are screwed just as much (along with American workers they displace) and perhaps these foreign workers are screwed even moreso than H-1B workers. Read how a bunch of them sued for how they were treated after they were hired to do cleanup after hurricane Katrina.

All of these programs are such that we need to join forces and fight together. The culprits behind them are the same crooks that want to screw all of us so that they can take more for themselves. And they have so many of our politicians bought and paid for now too!
