8. Could you point to the parts of TPP that are actually about trade?

Keep in mind there already are free trade agreements with 80% of the GDP covered by the TPP. 12% of the remaining GDP is Japan, where tariffs on US goods average 1.2%. USD-Yen currency fluctuation has been WAY more than 1.2%, dwarfing any effects of that small tariff.

So this massive treaty boosts trade with...8% of the GDP covered by the treaty. Oooo.

Btw, what about the ISDS process, or extending copyrights and patents is about trade? (Not really a fair question since the TPP isn't about trade. It's about capital and investment.)
