(154,021 posts)I am sorry that you do not get it.
Current media moves from one shiny story to another. This is a serious attack,. It deserves coverage, but 24\7 with more speculation than news. I am sorry, but no. I am not happy with this.
They could, and one reason they do not is they know people will defend their crappy "news."
Americans for the most part have no idea what news looks like anymore. I am convinced of that. And they also do not respect you, or me, as news consumers.
Now as I said, what else are they hiding? Perhaps the NATO exercises near the Russian border.

Or perhaps this upcoming not just ethnic cleaning but humanitarian crisis. Hint, deporting people is a form of ethnic cleansing

There is this monster of a fire in California, not that we count... (Local media and regional is by the way)

Let's forget about the one in Alaska
Or the fact that FEMA actually has activated for a few disasters. I mean, who cares right? That is GOVERNMENT WORKING RIGHT.
There is a LOT of news that are not covered.
That includes votes of critical policy matters, but I guess we need to do 24\7 of the next issue to come along.
Yes, it is to the point I ask, when we have INTENSE one issue coverage of anything, what else is going on they do not want me to know?
This is yet another reason why many younger and more sophisticated viewers, for ill or good, cannot trust the mainstream media, or rather trust it as far as they can throw it.
And I will emphasize this. I did cover both... why pray tell me major media can't? Not that I would post that here. it is like who cares? But we did. and we have still the risk of MAJOR wildfires breaking. Perfect heat, humidity and wind... yeeehaaww.
