Oh, and the treaty has been negotiated. They have been negotiating for some time. The Fast Track is wanted by Obama right fucking now so that the TPP can be slid right through Congress, no changes.

Are you really trying to sell that, that the TPP has not been negotiated yet? Or do you not understand what Fast Track is for? It is not so negotiations can start. That part has been done, by the corporations, mostly. It is so the finished agreement can be K_Y Jellied right past our system of government checks and balances.
