(1) "He's never refused a drug test." Simply not true. Manny refused to the Olympic-style testing at what became the end of their negotiations for the first scheduled fight. His refusal was the sole reason the fight did not happen.

(2) "It was a riduclous (sic) request ...." Actually, it is a valid request; hence, each of the opponents he has faced since then has readily agreed to such testing -- as has Mayweather. In fact, more fighters are beginning to ask for -- or demand -- the exact same type of testing. It has, of course, led to a major fight scheduled for this weekend being canceled, when a fighter with a title failed the test.

Only those who believe that breaking the rules is A-okay could be opposed to the single form of testing that is most likely to find the constantly upgraded forms of steriods et al. (And the nation that has the cutting edge in the new cheating technology is the Philippines.)

(3) "Far more people believe Mayweather is ducking Pacquiao than the other way around." Really? What do you base that on? Are you speaking about people with informed opinions, based upon familiarity with the facts? Are you including people who are not fully aware of the facts (hence, they do not have an actual opinion, but rather, a bias)? Or is this something that you either assume to be true, or are just making up? I ask these questions as someone who is very familiar with the sport of boxing, and its participants ..... and as someone who will be hanging out with Teddy on Friday.
