The term 'swiftboatinging' is the use of deliberate lies to discredit a real strength, not a perceived one. Kerry fought in a war where he was wounded in the line of duty and he was a strong leader. Romney is a sociopath user who ruins lives for self aggrandizement and wealth. Both of them came from affluence and wealth and yet one serves the public and the other uses it for personal gain.

My argument is about the use of the word swiftboating which is very specific. The Obama campaign is not creating lies to discredit Romney. They are using the truth no matter how much you squint and turn your head just so to distort. They are not using Rovian tactics. But they are attacking Romney's much vaunted claim to be a job creator, when in fact he isn't. He's a jobs destroyer.
