That comes from Eric Holder's DOJ under the Obama Presidency.

And left in the street? No, doubtless he should have been moved after about two minutes so people could scream about how the cops destroyed the crime scene to erase evidence of the crime.

It's too bad that he died, but it's too bad that he decided to attack a cop.
