The powers that be, up to and including the DHS (and tacit silence from the White House), want Occupy destroyed. Period.

Has anyone missed the 7,000+ Occupiers arrested, mainly nuisance arrests? The endless video and photos of bloodied protesters? Scott Olsen and Kayvan Sabehgi nearly killed by cops?

I just posted this week that an LA Occupier was falsely arrested, and a day later, an NLG observer confirmed that the cop LIED.

Two cases were just thrown out in NYC and the cops LIED under oath, and were disproven by video.

And Chicago again:

It has seemingly been confirmed that Chicago PD were caught dressing up as "black bloc" activists today, acting as agents provocateurs. The weight of truth is on Occupy's side. Remember that the congressional overseer for DHS is Peter King, former IRA bagman, who said Occupy cannot be allowed to gain credibility and to effect legislation, and that they are "losers". Then DHS purchased 450,000,000 rounds of hollow-point ammunition and won't explain it. Note that in Germany, some 85 bullets were fired last year, nearly half of them being warning shots. Shrug...
