"Black lives matters" specific demands? [View all]

Sorry if this is a naive question, but I'm perfectly willing to be straightened out.

"Black lives matters" a movement not just a slogan, right? And demonstrations tying up traffic, etc.

With the labor movement it's conceptually easy. Strikes have very specific demands and targets being pressured.

"Everybody do something" about police brutality is not a specific demand or target.

Please tell me what I am missing.
