#2 they can do themselves. When they organize and have structure then they can talk. But that's about it, otherwise 13% of the population's driving majority policy. It's still a democracy, like it or not. (Now we insist on the majority's will being done; now we insist on obeying a minority of the population. Again, the principle's clear but isomorphic with "just do what we want, we're right.&quot

#3 is one of those things that's a tough call. I've seen times when the police used the equipment well, to save lives. And times when it's just been scary.

#4 yu handle. If I remember the count correctly.

#5 is a tough call, as well. There's this idea that fewer police = less crime. It may certainly mean "more arrests," but the question was in Baltimore if inactive, fewer police led to more murders and crime. Is that a desirable outcome?
