26. The only think South Korea fears more tha war is a collapse of NK

Because then they would be dealing with the worst humanitarian crisis the world has ever faced.

NK can barely feed its people enough to keep them alive. Any collapse of any magnitude would end that tiny bit.

You then have the huge task of dealing with trying to feed a nation made up of people so brainwashed many would starve or fight rather than take food, plus a stream of refugees going south that can't assimilate into the much different culture that is in the south and who would be a huge, huge drain on the economy.

There is, in the end, no good solution to North Korea.
