28. South Koreans feel differently

People in South Korea are accustomed to the empty rhetoric coming from the north. They're confident things will go along this way until North Korea finally collapses, the same way the Soviet Union imploded. They're probably correct. The real problem is the North Koreans who are kept in concentration camps and, literally, worked to death.
