would have been to fully engage with Red China... and possibly even Russia... in another WWII scale war, only with nukes.

Some victory. Having just completed WWII and enjoying prosperity at home in the 1950s, the American people (including the "super patriotic never-met-a-war-they-didn't-like birchers aka now known as the Tea Party) would have not supported it.

It's not that you opinion isn't liberal or Democratic, it's that your opinion is ridiculous.

The facts are not on your side. History is not on your side. And the vast majority of people are not on your side (both in the US and the World).
